FEDERALIST ACADEMY 2017

Dear Friends,

The updated and almost final program of this year's Federalist Academy, is now online. This event aimed at members will take place in Brussels next 7-9 July 2017 and will focus on political communication. Activists in charge of communication activities for their local, regional or national sections are particularly welcome and will enjoy preferential participation conditions (see the Participation Conditions for details).

The programme includes sessions on Challenges and Best Practices in European Political Communication, How to plan and Execute Communication Activities, Dealing with the Press, Using Social Media, Public Speaking. In other sessions, professionals from other civil society organisations and political parties will share their experiences and their best practices.

Speakers include Jon Worth (Communication Consultant), Benedikt Kau (Founder Why Europe), Daniel Fritz (Digital Communication Consultant at the European Commission), Eliana Capretti (Head of Communications at the European Green Party, Monica Tiberi (Social Media Manager at the S&D Group in the European Parliament), Alex Godson (Media Coordinator at Eurocities) as well as our Laura Bringina (UEF Communication officer) and Valery-Xavier Lentz (UEF France).
